Founder, 9Falcons: Zain Ul Abideen

Zain Ul Abideen is the founder of 9Falcons and an AI engineer and full-stack developer with more than four years of experience shipping production software. His work focuses on large language models: AI agents that use business tools, retrieval-augmented (RAG) chatbots that answer from company documents, and the automation around them.

He has built and launched products including KnotAI, a multi-tenant SaaS for building and embedding AI chatbots trained on a company's own knowledge base; SendMail AI, an outreach pipeline that writes, sends and follows up on personalised emails and classifies replies; and an AI calling agent for lead qualification and support.

Alongside AI work he builds web platforms with React, Next.js and Node.js, mobile apps with React Native, and the cloud and DevOps setup to run them on AWS. He writes about what it takes to get AI from a demo into everyday use: realistic costs, guardrails, testing and choosing the right tools.
